"Chris was timely with his detailed estimate for roof and gutter replacement. It was a fair price. They showed up on the agreed upon date and finished the work quickly even after running into some logistical issues caused by prior electrical work done on the house by previous owners. The final bill was in line with the estimate and there was some plywood and rafter replacement needed which Chris consulted me on as it was revealed in the process. Chris and his crew did end of day clean up each day including going over the ground with a magnetic bar to catch any small pieces of metal that might have landed on the ground.
