"We had several power hits on Sunday and when the power stabilized, our outside A/C unit would not start. I called 2 or 3 service companies and left messages as they were closed on Sunday. I got a call back from Orange County Mechanical on Sunday evening and the tech apologized for not being able to get to us that night as he had some more calls to make but could stop by in the morning. The tech showed up at 7:20am on Monday and we had A/C by 8:00am. He had to replace the capacitor in the unit. The service call and parts charges were very reasonable.
