For each appointment and the service he was timely about staying in contact with me so we could make sure everyone was home. The service was great - Andy and his team were there for just the day, but were on time and made sure to not only put down tarps and sheets, but cleaned up afterwards. Several times throughout the service, Andy showed me the problems and why they needed to be fixed helping me understand the ventilation in our attic. The work was great - the house looks perfect after a power washing and the ventilation change from the attic work is remarkable. The service even required two follow up visits (trim around new attic steps) and finishing the power washing. I couldn't be more happy with the work and Andy's team.
