"Seemed pretty inexperienced (although not sure that is unique these days given staffing shortages). Didn’t really understand the ask about the bathtub drain being clogged. Did correctly fix the shower issue, but when they replaced the fixture they didn’t screw it in all the way so the next few showers let a lot of water into the wall until we realized and fixed. Overall did the job and came in reasonable time but seemed to be very new to the job."

"We worked with Andy, Matt and Alex to have a Mitsubishi split system installed in our home and they did an excellent job explaining the system and installing it. They worked with us in choosing the location and type of units we wanted with regard to function and aesthetics.
