They went out of their way to find and order (on a holiday weekend when other RV repair companies said they were closed) a new converter for my RV that was blown out when the power went out in our area and I found out I did not have a good surge protector. They helped me with replacing a much better surge protector as well. I have also hired them for additional work to be done with re-sealing my RV roof and 3 slide-outs and to wash/wax my RV. "They showed up when they said they would and immediately went to work. They wiped the baseboards, around the tops of the doors, washed the doors, dusted, polished, and cleaned all surfaces, vacuumed, mopped, and made my house sparkle. They began cleaning at one end of the house and finished up in my kitchen. They were worried when they couldn't get my white ceramic kitchen tiles (with white grout) as clean as they wanted. I told them that the floors were better looking than when I clean them and also let them know that I have a tile cleaning service come in once a year to get them bright white again. I foster cats so there were furry dustballs floating around and they managed to make them disappear. They were not bothered by the friendlier cats coming around to "investigate" their work. When I checked out Angie's List on cleaning services, I noticed one negative review was written on MB Cleaning. I put that review in perspective because of the many other great reviews--sure glad I did that because I found out the great reviews were spot on correct. I had used another nationally known service earlier this year but was so unhappy with them that I almost gave up on finding a good cleaning service. Because Mandy and Lorileee took pride in their work and did a superior job, I have hired them to clean my house every other week. I really don't think I could have found a better cleaning service!

"Bill Casey and his son arrived on time on the agreed upon date. They carried in the new microwave in its box and got right to work. In less than an hour the job was finished and they hauled the old oven away. Marked down to "B" in professionalism because clean up of work area wasn't thorough.

"They promptly returned our call for service, scheduled an agreeable time to look at our shower floor for an estimate, and efficiently completed the work. Mr. Perkins was friendly and courteous. He and his helper were considerate of our home, cleaned up when finished. Importantly, he used the correct product for our shower floor grout. We had another contractor previously who came 3 times over several months without successfully fixing our problem. Mr. Perkins seemed knowledgeable and skillful. A pleasure to work with."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
