The springs were mismatched because the former company had added a second spring that did not match the first. Given all of these issues, we decided to replace everything except the door to ward off future problems. Taylor did not charge us for the first call, but instead, logged it as a sales call. Taylor and his co-worker, Matt, came back for the system upgrade because my husband's garage is really crammed, making repairs difficult.
