"The installers seemed to have done a good job. They were extremely fast, only taking one day to completely gut and install the new shower system. Although, one handrail was installed on the wrong side. To correct the issue, they came back the next day to install another free handrail on the correct side. The only complaints that I have are the shower wand sprayed black water for about 30 seconds then stopped working. I removed the wand and the water flowed properly from the pipe. I replaced the ?new? wand with my old shower head so we could use the shower. My only other complaint is that my water pressure is about half of what it was before the installation. Since I had to replace the shower head with my original one, I had a good baseline for this comparison. All in all, we?re happy with our new walk-in shower."

"Matt is one of the best contractors I've ever worked with. I hired him off of Angie's List based on reviews and I couldn't be happier with his work. Originally, I just wanted him to complete the demo on the shower in my master bathroom and build a bench, new shower pan and prep the space for tile, but after I saw how meticulous his work was, I had him tile the entire shower and install the custom shower doors as well. He's always on time, is fantastic at communicating and if there's ever a question about anything, he takes the time to ask, instead of just going ahead with what he "thinks" may be correct. Matt does a lot more than bathrooms and tiling. He's a full service renovation company. His prices are fair and he's a pleasure to work with. When he was working at my place, his helper was a guy named Nikita -- another perfectionist. I'd trust either of them to do any work at my place. They were always respectful of the home and cleaned up after themselves daily. Hire him, you won't be disappointed."

Angel & Nathan removed first floor tub/shower and replaced with low threshold shower. BOth crews were polite, did a great job, cleaned up, only without water for less than 3 hours. "Had to listen to sales pitch with both my husband and I present. Gave me quote of $12000 for replacing existing tub/shower with walk-in shower. I signed contract but used 3 day cancel clause to back out. Then someone else came to talk with us and gave us quote of $8000 for basically the same shower with a minor detail change. They were prompt and finished within one day. We had a minor issue with the mixer valve on faucet not being set correctly. They came out within a day or so and fixed it. Overall, we were pleased. I just think they should have a set price. I felt like we were taken advantage of by the initial salesman."

"Beautiful bathrooms for a very reasonable price. Lifetime warranty! Scott was the one that did the hard work and he was such a pleasure! Very nice fellows these guys are. I would highly recommend Joyce Factory Direct to everyone! They also had a book with the different style walls that go in the shower and around the tub with lots to choose from. I went with the white marble look that has grey accents to it. Very beautiful! They also use a certain material behind the walls that is waterproof & moldproof! I can’t even believe they got the perfect sized tub for the master bathroom! It’s even deeper than the original that was there! No more leaks either! Everything from start to finish was so professionally executed! Everything is wonderfully beautiful now! Highly recommend!!!"
