The website for the Lexington office has a picture of the building and posted hours of 9 am to 6 pm, but it is just a building with mailboxes and a few shared meeting rooms used by several companies. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Think twice before hiring USS!"

"Don't waste your time or your money. If their "lifetime" waterproofing doesn't work, they won't do ANYTHING about the damages caused by their faulty work. I had drywall up when they installed their system, yet they're trying to use the drywall as an excuse. Long story short, I wasted over $3000 for their system and I NOW have to pay more money for damages as well as getting a new system because they don't do ANYTHING BUT put their "waterproofing" system in place. They're also COMPLETELY disorganized. BUYER BEWARE."
