"My Old Range oven controller failed after 26 years. And with no replacement parts available, I was facing a very difficult and expensive replacement prospect for the 40" custom range countertop. I reached out to Neli and quickly got an appointment. We chatted over the phone while Tom was looking at the range. it was so easy and it put my mind at ease, we could fix the beast and be back to baking. Tom sent a follow up email with a link to a tech company that would fix the electronic controller board. He included the specific parts number which turns out was the right one, not the one specified in the manufacturer's online documentation! I shipped the broken parts out. The repaired controller came back just in a few days. The part was installed and range operational before my wife was ready for her morning tea. I hugged the old stove. Working and Neli was an incredible experience, so easy and it saved so much money. I highly recommend Neli, what a great service!"

"The repair was made quickly and efficiently. We would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them."

"The service tech stopped at the appropriate time when the issue was discovered (the part needed was 6+ weeks away)"

"We hired them for an initial inspection of HVAC systems when we saw some problems on a home inspectors report. Etta who works at the front desk was wonderful to talk with about the different issues and setting up appointments. After the inspection, we learned that most systems were fine, just the AC needed fixed (it was 15 years old). Lloyd was very helpful explaing the difference between repairing and replacing the unit, which helped us make the best decision moving forward. They are a very friendly and professional company with good prices, I would recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services.

"Prompt service for claims manager. Cost $60 to find out leaks or water damage was an uncovered loss."

"These guys were amazing. They were the first ones to call after I submitted a request on Angie's List, and they came out the same afternoon. They did everything they could to keep the price of the repair down, including calling the furnace manufacturer to see if some of the parts were covered by warranty. Then they were willing to work with me when it ended up costing a bit more than I expected (something that was out of their control.) They lent me a few heaters to put in my kids' rooms overnight since the parts place had closed for the day by the time they knew what they needed. The level of care I received from this company was incredible - not something I expected at all. I'm really happy to have worked with them, and I most definitely will be giving them my business in the future!"

"They don't use the same contractor. You don't always get the best. It's cheaper for major repairs. They cover everything, parts, labor."
