"Very professional at a fair price. Worked a 12 hour day to complete the windows in our old and large house. They cleaned windows, storms and screens as well as vacuuming sills. We are very happy with them and would definitely use them again."

"The people from Affordable Glass and Mirror were able to hunt down a source for the parts needed for my window repair and then installed them at my home. The window now opens and shuts easily for me. I am extremely pleased with their work."

"Professionalism demonstrated from start to finish; from the initial meeting with the sales consultant, through working with the person responsible for taking final measurements, through the installation of windows. The installers did a fantastic job with the installation and cleanup at the conclusion of the work. The windows and our home look great! My wife and I plan to use Renewal by Andersen again in the future."

"These folks were great. Simple store front but with lots of examples, helpful staff- and best of all the install team was efficient, clean and thorough. The price was fair, and slightly less than I expected. On original install on piece of glass had a small chip that was not even noticeable- but they pointed it out to me and installed the glass so that we could use the shower, ordered a new piece and then replaced the piece later. No fuss. My experience with these guys was great. <br />"

"George the sales guy was very knowledgeable and no high pressure sales tactics. George was the only salesperson that came out to my house and didn't badmouth the competition. When the installers came they were very courteous and respectful. They got right to work and did not screw around . When you wait for years an years to save up to buy windows you really don't realize how much better your windows will look. When the guys finished up my big 2 double-hung with picture window in my living room it took my breath away. My windows look fabulous. I could not be more pleased with the look and quality of the windows. If you want a quality window for a great price call these guys you will mot be disappointed."

"Crew arrived on time. <br /> Removed trim and disconnected door alarm chime wires. <br /> Removed door hardware. <br /> Removed storm and front door. <br /> Removed old sill and cut new wood for sill. <br /> Installed new storm door, lockset, and new closer. <br /> Installed front steel door and lockset hardware. <br /> Installed new door trim. <br /> Could not reinstall hardware for door alarm chime due to liability rules. <br /> Results: <br /> On doors facing the morning sun, the storm door handles are too hot to touch with bare hands. This is due to the exterior color of the door (Mountain Berry) which absorbs solar heat. This possibility was not called to our attention when we selected the color. <br /> One of the plastic clips holding the screen and glass for the storm door split in half. I will ask for a replacement. <br /> The steel entry door allows for the transmission of heat or cold from the outside. I cannot determine whether there is a thermal break between the exterior and interior still panels. <br /> Entry door seals tightly."
