"Pure Restoration does it all and does it all to perfection. Tommy is smart, creative, artistic, and honest. He knows how to push through insurance claims when the denials start rolling in. He knows how to solve problems. Most importantly, he is a good person with good intentions. He understands the way of our world where quality work and customer care matter. Pure Restoration basically reconstructed my home after a horrible combination of fire and water damage. I am married with two small kids and uprooting us from our home was stressful, but Tommy did not add to the stress. In fact, his demeanor is naturally calming, he naturally cares about people, and he tries to instill good vibes. Also, the office is always there. They are one email away. The crew is also the most trustworthy crew that I can imagine. All in all, they are a model company."

"I started working with the Clifton organization on some exterior wood repair on my 4 plex in Oxnard. I live out-of-town so I needed to handle this repair remotely. They provided a detailed quote based on visual inspections. Once they started, additional wood damage was discovered. They provided detailed pictures to accompany the supplemental quotes. This was invaluable to help me in understanding the scope of the work. I approved all additional work. They did an excellent job. They replaced wood siding, wood railings, garage door wood framing and many places that needed stucco repair. After this was completed, I asked if they could do some repairs to two bathroom vanities, kitchen cabinets, and the kitchen counter top in one of the units. It turned out they were not repairable and again they provided detailed pictures supporting the need to replace them. Once more, I approved. They selected the replacements based on my requirements. They painted the wood, replaced all the plumbing and repaired the flooring. They did an excellent job. The end result was amazing. I would recommend Clifton to anyone. Robert"

"Our home survived the Eaton Fire, just barely. The first call we made was to Paul Davis. They came out the same day and while we were in utter shock by what we saw when we met them, they weren’t. They were calm, clear and carried us through the whole experience. I’ll always be grateful for their detailed and thoughtful proposal and the way they were gentle in answering questions when so little information was available to us. Our house was handed to us cleaner than how we’d left it. All the visible signs of the fire’s destruction gone and more importantly its non-visible dangers cleared from our home. I’ve recommended them many times to Eaton Fire friends and victims. I hope not to need them, but the next time I do, they’ll be the first call I make again."
