My visit to the large modern shop was eye-opening - PureLife can fabricate just about anything made of metal...design, cutting, bending, assembling and of course welding! My job was a relatively minor fix by comparison to the big projects underway, but the employees dropped what they were doing and welded my badly damaged 46" mower deck while I waited...approx. 20 minutes - that's amazing customer service! JR recommended a torsion spring slightly longer than the original installed by the builder. The reason was that the original had snapped after only three years, and while it could have been defective, the thought was that a spring slightly larger than that recommended by the manufacturer would create a better system. He also explained to me that there was no reason to replace the other at this point and that there would be no future savings in the case I did, that I would be charged the same now as later since the second diagnostic fee would be waived. Angel performed the installation. The consummate pro, he was extremely careful and exacting in all aspects of the job. Naturally, he made certain that the tension for both the new right torsion spring and the old left torsion spring was the same. A line is drawn across the length of the torsion springs so that the rotations can be measured. Angel also answered my questions as he completed the different stages of the work. "I thought I had submitted a review in 2019, but Angie's List is saying it was never completed. I met with Bob Rose from Bellari in April 2019. He was professional and honest during our conversation. He provided a prompt estimate and answered questions that I had. He also mentioned that I could go to their showroom to see different material. I ultimately did not go with Bellari. Went with someone who was a little less expensive and had done other work in the area (jury is still out if that was a mistake or not)."
