"I had actually used Window Wise several years ago (before Angie's List) to repair/replace some old, cloudy double pane glass windows in our sun room -- and was very happy with results. So, when one of the panes on a sliding glass door shattered, I called Window Wise. Even though James was on out of town on vacation, he returned my call and set an appointment for the next week (I was happy with timing -- it was not an emergency). On time, James looked at the project and provided a written quote. We checked around -- trying to determine if we wanted to replace (upgrade) the entire door or just replace the one pane. We decided for the price, we'd use Window Wise and just replace the glass. After waiting the couple weeks for the glass to be received, we set a date for installation -- Thursday morning. On Wednesday evening, James called to ask if he could reschedule for Friday morning because his current project was running behind. I appreciated the notification and willingly changed to a Friday installation. On time, Friday morning, Window Wise showed up. I was surprised that it was not James who showed up (he, himself, had done the last job), but was not disappointed with the installer. <br /> Within a couple hours, job was complete. No surprise charges. Door looks great (better then before). I will use Window Wise again, if needed. <br />"

"Very quick installation. We met to measure the windows, and there was no pressure to purchase. Once we decided to purchase from Mr. Cato, the order was placed and we had set an appointment for the installation.  The installation took roughly 1 hour for 13 blinds and 1 curtain.  Overall we are very satisfied and very glad we found CJ's Blinds on Angies List! <br />"

"The sales presentation was initially impressive, prompting us to make the purchase. The salesperson offered us a special promotion at that time. When the windows arrived, we scheduled installation for a single day. The initial installation team was due to arrive at 9am but did not show up until close to 1pm. It was necessary for them to come back the following day and they did complete the general installation at that time. There were some issues with the installation of our kitchen window, but after a couple of trials and speaking with the company about that part of the installation, they found some creative ways to fix the problem. They also agreed to fix the opening directions of one set of casing windows that did not match the others, though that part was not entirely their fault. There were some misunderstandings on both sides. The company was intent on making us feel good about the windows and the experience and took appropriate actions towards correcting all known issues. We like the windows very much and have found our energy bills have lowered since we replaced them. The window operation is very easy and they are attractive both inside and out. The company policy states they don't cover any painting or staining that would be done if parts of the frames had to be replaced, so we are still working on finishing the bare wood of one frame and a few extra shims placed to secure the windows properly. We noticed a couple of the little notch screen holders (part of the window frame) looked broken, though these are not essential to the window operation. The company is replacing those as soon as their factory order comes in. I am confident this last small issue will be resolved soon. All in all we are satisfied. We would like to give special kudos to the customer service representative, Faith Walson, who stayed on top of things and went to bat to make sure things were taken care of appropriately. Also of special note was one of the Measuring/Installation technicians, Gary Mays, who took particular meticulous care in correcting the framing problem we had in the kitchen and has overseen correction of some of the minor issues we've had. Though our sales representative did not take any specific interest in helping us resolve the issues we had, the sales manager called personally to help to facilitate some of the corrections instead."

"Kelly Window & Door did an excellent job starting with the sales presentation all the way to the finished project and it looks spectacular. An added bonus was that every person who gave us a quote said that the existing shutters on the windows could not be saved and would need to be replaced. They were able to get them all back up and saved us the expense and hassle of having to tackle that at the same time as the new windows!"

"I didn't have time to remove all the window covering and blinds before they arrived. The men were great- they said no problem and carefully removed all the blinds and hardware.  I had the same crew work at my home a few years ago when I had some of the siding replaced. Knowing the company has long term stable employees is reassuring to me. <br /> Here was the most unbelievable surprise.  In 2013 I had a large picture window and 2 smaller side windows replaced in the front of my house.  I never noticed that the grids did not match up perfectly in all three windows but when Clifton ( the owner) came to measure all the windows for replacement he did. He ordered a brand new picture window and replaced the large front window - at no cost to me- so the grids are in a perfectly straight line across all 3 windows! I actually had to go outside and look carefully at the  window to see why Clifton wanted it replaced. There was no charge for the window or for the labor to install the window. This is the kind of company you want to do business with. They care about every detail of the project. <br />"
