Repairman also suggested we add some support to long pipe runs to reduce opportunities for joint leaks during times when many people putting stress on the system. Relieved to have the problem fixed! "The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

"My kitchen sink was leaking.  I called Martin's Plumbing and left message in the early afternoon.  About 2:00 PM the same day they called and said they could be there at 3:30 PM to fix it.  They arrived about 3:25 PM.  They repaired the sink.  I also had them install a new faucet (which I already had) on the bathroom sink.  They were both very professional.  I was really happy with their work and I will call Martin's Plumbing next time I need any plumbing work done.

"Great. Showed up day after contacting like they said they would. Found our problem within 5 minutes of being here. Had the pipe removed and replaced the same day. Will definitely be using for any other plumbing needs."

"The service worked out good. They came out and did their job. The first day, I think we had to reschedule, but once they started working, they were right on-time, got it done, and they cleaned-up after themselves. I did ask them a question to see about something else and they never got back to me about that. So, they never did a follow-up once they had completed their job. I guess they just moved on and I had two more small jobs I thought he could handle, but he never came back to follow-up on those. The price was a really good price. It was a special so it was not their normal price. It looks good."
