"Myself and my father has used MJA Contracting for two roofs in our houses in Jersey City. Both times Manuel and his team has taken good care of us and installed good roofs. At first I thought the price was a bit high but after I saw the amount of time, material, and workmanship that they completed I thought the price was very fair. Roofs are alot of work as I learned. What I especially liked about Manuel is he did not go cheap and install a torch down rubber roof. He installed a rubber EPDM roof instead. If you have a flat roof, do yourself a favor and install a rubber EPDM membrane and make sure to contact Manuel. He also rebuilt our chimneys very good as well. Excellent masons! I guarantee you will not be disappointed!"

The sales person informed me of all aspects of the job and the install manager double checked everything and advised me of all things that were required of me before the install. "We needed the roof ripped off down to the boards.  The contractor stated they had to change boards but all was included in my price.  They showed up on time as stated and with a big crew,that were knowledgeable.  The roof was ripped off quickly and they immediately got to reroofing.I walked around the house with the contractor and everything looked great and they did a greatjob cleaning up afterwards.
