George helped us upgrade to a Goodman heat pump, move the furnace to the attic (we gained a closet!), and add ceiling returns to improve airflow. He listened carefully, offered smart options, and never pushed. George and his apprentice were calm and friendly — even with our very loud dogs. Install day had a couple hiccups: gates and doors left open, and a heavy storage bin left on the attic drywall (thankfully it didn’t fall through). But George’s follow-through made the difference. He answered all my (many) questions, came back to double-check everything, and even threw in a thermostat due to scheduling delays. He’s also helping us navigate rebates like HEERHA to reduce the total cost. The system’s only been in a short while, but already feels quieter and more balanced. I believe in “flat rate” pricing for the client versus an hourly rate, that way the client knows exactly the cost up front. An exception is for small assembly work, we have an hourly rate.
