"Our kitchen was in dire need of upgrades, and we met with many different contractors for estimates. Young from New Life Construction left the best impression by far, from his professionalism, renovation ideas and design, reasonable pricing, etc. I am so glad we decided to go with New Life as Young and his entire team were a delight to work with from start to finish. We received very helpful opinions regarding many aspects of the design and materials without it being overbearing, and it was helpful to see his previous projects through instagram (@newlife_construction) to see what has worked well for similar kitchens in the past. There was clear communication about everything from details of the job to scheduling and everyone was very attentive to our needs throughout. This company handled the demolition, cleanup, cabinets, countertops, overhead lighting, painting, appliance installation (range/oven and dishwasher), sink and faucet installation for us-- pretty much everything in the kitchen except the floors. They bring in separate contractors that are specialists in their respective field (cabinets, countertop, etc) to do each portion of the project so you know you're truly getting the experts at every step of the way. Even after the project was done, Young went above and beyond to wrap up last-minute issues that came up from cabinet parts that were on backorder and to this day is responsive to any issues that may come up in the future. My family and I are so happy with how the kitchen turned out and we would not hesitate to hire Young and his team again for future projects."

"Jim Behrendt has been our primary contractor for a dozen rental units and our personal residence for over ten years. We have counted on him for remodels (primarily turning over vacant apartments), plumbing, flooring of all types, and general construction. He has done difficult, unpleasant jobs for us, like turning a rat-infested attic into a gorgeous finished extra living space, while charging very reasonable rates. He always looks for the most cost effective solution that addresses the issue. For example, when we told by a plumber we needed a re-pipe (who had just charged an exorbitant amount for a slab leak), Jim recommended and carried out a much simpler repair at a small fraction of any other estimate. Most important to us is that Jim has always been honest, looking out for OUR best interest in giving his advice. We never once felt overcharged for anything. He is not only extremely skilled and knowledgeable, he is a consummate professional with a rare brand of integrity."

Eden did a wonderful job managing the project. Always communicating and being available through the whole project was a huge plus. The contractors did an outstanding job and really paid attention to detail. A lot of large tile pieces went into this project, and I was in very impressed with their skill. We were also impressed with their cabinet maker who did a great job basically building a beautiful piece of art. The project basically went off without a flaw on time and on budget. "Full kitchen and bathroom remodel. (Loft condo) From my initial meetings with Anar the owner, to meeting the team that did the install It was an entirely stellar experience. Anar presented me with samples and a clear understanding of the project scope. A project manager was assigned that came out to the site on a regular basis to monitor progress and quality. The two gentleman that came out to do the installation were personable..and maintained a clean workspace and professional attitude throughout. Both obviously skilled for the job duties. There was great care taken during the project on communication regarding the installations, and leaving the site as undisturbed as possible (clean) and with respect to property rules. (Condo). The fixtures and materials offered were all top quality and brands. Project oversight and city permits were all handled by the project manager. A very high level of communication and attention to detail were provided throughout the project. My spouse and I are very happy with the results, and this is added tremendously to the value of the property. This is our first remodel, and although it is an inherently stressful undertaking, Anar and his team really delivered with service and quality. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ gentleman! Thank you again! "We are very pleased with our whole house remodel performed by our contractor, Rick Simmons of Coastline Construction. We received four bids from various contractors which were all competitive. We chose Rick for various reasons including that he was easy to communicate with and that he uses his own very skilled employees, no subcontractors. We completely remodeled the kitchen, the main and secondary bathroom, laundry room and installed new flooring throughout that required grinding and leveling the concrete slab. Every wall and ceiling was retextured and painted. It was a HUGE job. Rick is a hands-on contractor who stopped by the house 3-4 times a week (sometimes everyday!). Rick kept us up to date on scheduling and every addition we made to the scope of work was clearly documented in change orders that we discussed with him. We had a good idea of what we wanted design-wise and the end result reflects that vision."

"Spotless Plumber do great work! I dont normally give reviews but they deserve this for repiping my house. I was in the middle of a remodel on my house in Huntington Beach. My contractor said he noticed a few leaking pipes. I found them on angi and requested a quote. Jason set up an appointment with me to see the work that needed to be done and gave me a quote within minutes of seeing the house. 4 days later I had new plumbing through out my house. They kept me on time and on budget with my remodel project. Spotless Plumber is great and they have earned themselves a lifetime customer !!!!!"
