"Mark has been my go to HVAC guy for many years now. The original installer did not advise me of options to correcting humidity problems in a complete furnace/HVAC installation 12 years ago and failed to properly service the coils causing additional condensation that went all over my floors. Mark fixed the humidity damaged blower motor, fan, and furnace that helped me get another 2 years out of the system. Unfortunately the damage became too great to continue repairing. Mark recalculated the air movements through my house, did the attic work and conversion to move the air intake from the floor to the top of the vault, and installed a new heat pump and furnace doubling the air movement in the house and reducing humidity. Heâ s always been responsive and helpful in correcting problems and teaching me things I can better do on my own to make the HVAC equipment perform better at a reasonable price.
