"I contacted Costa on a Saturday and he came over the same day to look at the work I needed to be done. He provided a quote the same day and scheduled the repairs less than a week out. Costa is very professional, thorough, and explained everything. He is always friendly and approachable. He completed the work in 1 day and I will definitely be hiring him again for some additional repairs in the future."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

We got 4 quotes from different solar companies and NRG stand out the most because they were more family oriented and also been in business for a long time. Tiffany whether it was email text or phone she immediately got back and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Installers were professional and installed 16 panels and panel upgrade in one and half day. Robert came to my home and checked the quality of work from the techs and gave me useful tips on how to use my solar efficiently. Great guy and shows great customer service skills.
