"I requested replacing a full drain pipe system. When they came, they only fixed the one part that was leaking, not the whole drain. They told me it would cost significantly more to replace the full drain, even though when they came out to bid it, I was very explicit on wanting it all replaced. The leak is fixed, but they also used a white pipe while the rest of the piping was black. They even told me they saw reviews the picture before coming, and still brought and use white piping. So now it is very mismatched."

"Damion was our service technician and he came to clear the roots out of our drains. That was successful but in the process, he expressed concern over the gasket on the sewer plug and tested it to be sure it was firmly sealed. It appeared to be and he had us flush toilets and run faucets to be sure. The seal appeared solid but overnight it slowly showed a leak. We called Reddi Services and Damion was back early the next day to replace the part. He didn't charge us a service call for the second visit and even ran out to find the piece needed (he didn't have the part in his truck so he ran out to find it and charged us just for the part.). We're very satisfied with Reddi Service, have used them several times in the past, and will continue to use their technicians."

"The sink had very thick and longtime build-up that was mostly clogging a big section of pipe and not able to be opened with a "snake". Several feet of pipe had to be removed and replaced. Once the occluded piece was removed, Kyle showed me the ends of the pipe after it was removed and why just trying to shift the caked in debris wouldn't work in this case. I appreciated him showing me (including some photos, as I have a crawl space) along with explaining so I had a better understanding. He was considerate in explanations of the work, wearing a mask, punctuality and in cleaning up after."

"Brian and Nicole did an amazing job on our house! We had a variety of plumbing issues and they made quick work of it. Their communication is top notch. "We had gotten other estimates, one very low, and one very high.  Both told us we needed to replace the old clay pipes 10 feet out from the house and beneath the house.  After they left, we tried to get back in touch with them to see how they knew to go just 10 feet out and why with the original pipe from 1941 would we not replace it all while we were digging up the yard.  Neither returned our call.  Both left estimates without any details except that if we wanted a camera inspection it would cost $250.  I did not feel good about this so signed up for A.List and examined all.  Chose this company.  They came out to give an est. and the first thing he did was to bring a camera from the truck and put it through the pipe.  He had a screen for us to look at.  It was quite clear and showed so much damage to the pipes way beyond 10 feet.  It definitely needed replacing all the way to the hook up.  Their est. was detailed and fair.  We knew exactly what we were paying for down to the lime he had to put in the crawl space where a leak was.  He explained it all.
We felt confident after the est. that he would do what needed to be done, be fair and because of the leak, he worked us in within the week.  After the job, our yard was returned to as normal as possible and we were very pleased.  I would definitely call this company and recommend them without hesitation.

"Technician, Chris, was AWESOME!!!!! He was tied up in traffic and called to let me know. How much I appreciated that! He took apart the gas line in the fire pit and did some trouble shooting. Identified the cause as the log starter device. We discussed how to fix it - need a stone mason to expose the main gas line, then have Jamison return to fix it. Chris has another great idea how to use it if the masonry work would be too expensive. When I asked if he had any ideas, he suggested transforming the pit into a cool tabletop, which would complement the inline gas grill on one side and another fire pit on the other. GREAT company! GREAT employee, Chris! Thankyou very much! We're going to have the masonry done and call Jamison to make this operational.
