"Hassan is a customer professional. He came late in the evening, diagnosed the situation and ordered part needed. Came the next afternoon, exactly as he said and fixed our problem. Very reasonable price and we’re back, after one phone call, washing our clothes. Oh and he also fixed a problem we had with a different appliance. He took care of that too You will not regret hiring this man! We will definitely have him over again if or when needed."

"Young man was professional. Came in. Knocked out the cloths dryer repair in record time. Fair pricing. Job well done."

"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"Gary was phenomenal. He came early, was very professional and personable, and he fixed my dryer quickly. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Generally, I have always been very tough, critical, and hard on companies that provide home services & deliveries. Gary & Advantage 1 have completely renewed my belief that honest people still exist. I highly recommend using Advantage 1 Appliance & HVAC repair. I will definitely use them again if/when I need repair work completed. Thank you!!"

"Terrance fixed my washer on time and in time. Great service!"

"He discovered the issue quickly and offered good advice about how to proceed. He got it working then and advised us we should buy a new one rather than put so much money into repairing the old one. He never pushed one way or the other. He simply gave me the options available."

"The Tech explained everything in detail and included us in the research of the Dryer motor. The part was available next day and Tech came immediately to fix our Dryer. Will not use anyone else."
