"Sentri Homes provided the most professional flooring service I’ve ever had. The LVP installation turned out absolutely beautiful, and I was amazed at how quickly everything was completed without sacrificing quality. The crew was fast, accurate, and extremely detail-oriented from start to finish. Everything was installed cleanly, precisely, and with real craftsmanship. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and far beyond what I expected. I would absolutely recommend Sentri Homes to anyone needing flooring installed."

"The salesman/designer was very knowledgeable and responsive in regards to assisting with the design and bid process. They also allowed provided us with multiple options and suggestions for improving our initial design and containing the cost. The work was completed as scheduled and the craftsmen were polite and very talented. The cost was initially higher than we anticipated, however, after obtaining several comparison bids we chose Millers due to the quality of their cabinets and are very happy that we did. We are very pleased with the finished project. <br />"

"Kevin was fantastic to work with! He initially helped with a small cabinet modification, and then later helped us with new countertops and modifying our island to be all counter height (the perimeter was previously bar height). Kevin was friendly and trustworthy, and went above and beyond to help us maintain a functional kitchen during the gap between having our island modified and having the new countertops installed. Once our new counters were installed Kevin even helped us redo the plumbing for the new sink. Absolutely would recommend him!"

"Renovation Pros KC recently completely refaced my entire kitchen with incredible results. Chad Stock came out to our home twice with samples, and really spent time with me to ensure the finished product would be exactly what I wanted. I felt extremely comfortable with his work crew in my home, and they cleaned up daily before they left. The job was done on time, and to my extreme satisfaction. Chad even recommended some inexpensive design changes that made a world of difference to the look and efficiency of my kitchen. He was able to work around my existing granite counters and tile backsplash. My new cabinet doors are thick, solid quality wood with a beautiful finish. The drawers were completely replaced with larger drawers that slide closed silently. An unused wine rack in the old cabinets was converted to additional, hidden storage with cabinet doors. The huge light box over the island was removed, and the island cabinets were stained a contrasting luscious dark chocolate. The old, outdated Golden Oak is gone! My husband and I could not be happier with the value and quality of our new kitchen! The pictures attached to this review are Before & After. The light, golden oak is before, and the gorgeous cherry cabinets are the finished product. I attended the Home Show and researched several companies with quotes before choosing Renovation Pros KC. The kitchen is the heart of my home, and results were incredibly important to me. I'm glad I chose this company to work with."

"This company provides the level of Customer Service that is seldom found in the world today. When you find a company with the Customer Service level I received by Amy, that is the company you will definitely do repeat business. The quality of Cabinets is great, but when you have the Customer Service support, like Amy, that’s a BONUS. I highly recommend Cabinets for everyones’s cabinet needs."

"We researched the idea of having sliding or rolling or pullout shelving put into several cabinets of our house. This included discovering what options were available, trying to find real users of products and experiences of purchasers, and learning what and how items and processes of construction impacted the user experience. After doing our research we decided to go with The Pull-Out Shelf Company in Kansas City. They had the best overall value, especially when it came to customer support and response. Cost is not the only factor when making a decision, but the ability to have confidence that the company is responsive to questions, inquiries, and honest handling of everything. In the case of making a purchase from a company like The Pull-Out Shelf Company, the people representing the company were also a very important factor. As is likely the case with many people making an important decision such as this, due to medical issues and financial matters with age, knowing that what we would be purchasing and having installed would be of high quality and excellent support were all very important factors. As a result of our confidence and physical situations, we decided to have all of our cabinets done with shelves from The Pull-Out Shelf Company. This was planned to include a total of 11 cabinets, and 26 pullout shelves, involving our kitchen and bathrooms on the main floor. One of our cabinets already had 5 custom, real wood, rollout shelves in it and we were going to have them replaced as well (they were about 25 years old). However, Pat and Meleia pointed out that those shelves were actually still in very good shape, only the supports on the back needed to be replaced, and they said they would do that at no cost. They also said that, if we decided to go ahead and have Pull-Out Shelves installed in the future, they would do that for the original quoted price. So, after removing 1 cabinet and 6 shelves due to that offer, we had 10 cabinets and 20 pullout shelves installed on November 25, 2017. It was right at about a month from the time we ordered to the date of installation. Within a few months, due to the ease of use and easy maintenance, we decided to go ahead and have 6 Pull-Out Shelves installed in the other 1 cabinet. This was done on October 6, 2018. Thus, our entire main level is complete with Pull-Out Shelves, and very efficient and useful. And, Meleia and Pat kept to their word, the cost remained as originally quoted. In addition, we had also found a possible use for another shelf in one of the spaces previously done, and they did that as well, and for the same cost based on the original bid! So, our total Pull-Out Shelf Company installation involved 11 cabinets and 27 shelves. It has been now over a year since we have had our Pull-Out Shelves installed so seems to be a good time for a review. The Pull-Out Shelves have been working flawlessly. It has definitely made so much of our home more useful to us both, especially considering our physical and medical situations and limitations. A big bonus in all of this is that Pat and Meleia did not treat it as a job of theirs and just to make a sale. As previously described, they had suggested one of our existing cabinets did not need to be changed out yet, but they would do it in the future for the originally quoted price. They also worked to maximize the amount of space that could be used in each cabinet by precision measuring. It was more like a couple of friends were there to make sure we were happy with our house and their work, and they just happened to have a company to do it through. They really worked to find out how we wanted to use the spaces and how it could be done in the best manner. So, we suppose some might think Meleia and Pay were merely good actors but, if that is the case, the main thing is that the result is very satisfactory. We don’t think any acting was involved, just honest, caring, dedicated efforts to provide a quality product with excellent installation. I hesitate to put a cost on it since shelf costs vary depending on how wide and long each shelf is, and what adjustments may be needed for quality installation. We had a myriad of installation types involved due to the custom cabinetry of the house. It is also certain that inflation and normal business expenses can adjust. When Pat and Meleia get to the house and make their measurements and help to find the best solutions for you, they then provide the bid for the project. After you provide 50% of the cost to them, they can order the necessary shelves and related installation materials. If you want to pay by credit card, they can do that at an additional cost due to credit processing, but it shows as a separate, optional, line item so is very clear on the bid. Based on how busy they are, Meleia and Pat provide an estimate of when they expect to be able to do the installation based on your availability, and how much time it will take for the actual installation so you can plan for the day. You pay the other 50% after completion on the day of installation. So, back to cost. For our project which included some shelves that are about 32W x 22L while other widths are about 27, 23, 20, 15 (you see, quite a variety of sizes) the cost – on average for each shelf and installation – was a bit over two hundred dollars. For us, the cost has definitely been worth it, and it enhances the value of the house. Friends and others who have been at the house have been very positive in their comments about the shelving – with no prompting from us, they just notice how well the shelves work and they inquire about them. Considering the involvement of Pat and Meleia, their communication and followup, in addition to care of the product and our home, it might be possible there are shelves that can be purchased for less but, with the cost here including the installation and quality of the product, we are very happy with our decision of The Pull-Out Shelf Company in Kansas City and would make it again."
