I was working Saturday and a neighbor was there for me. Chris did a great job installing new bathroom fan and new insulated pipe from the fan to the roof. They cleaned up after themselves and my neighbor was so impressed got their business card for herself."

They were a half hour late from the planned start time, but Kane communicated to me that morning the delayed start time. We had two ceiling fans and two wall sconces, with switches, installed. They worked diligently and carefully, and everything looked great and worked perfectly when they were done. They cleaned up almost everything afterward, but left a lot of dust and some trash behind. Mr. John Sherlock arrived at the time and date specified to give us an estimate.  He returned the following day with his assistant and performed the job in one day.  He installed 26 copper lightning rods on the flat roof of our 7,000 square foot home.  These rods were connected with 500 feet of heavy duty copper cable and were grounded at three points with ground rods going down through the drainpipes into the ground. All parts of the system were securely attached to the roof.  He did a neat job and cleaned up all excess materials.  We were very pleased with the job him did.  Since installation of the lightning rod system we have had no trouble with lightning striking the house or causing power outages or surges.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"The repairs went well and the people they sent were professional and stayed on the job until I was satisfied. Their limits do not cover the cost of major repairs but it is still cheaper than paying the total myself. They are prompt to respond that they are working on my work order. I live in a rural area and they have problems at times finding someone who will work with them in my area. The do offer to allow me to get the repairs done and they will reimburse. The one problem I had that made me unhappy was when my microwave broke they offered very little to replace it. AND, they would not replace it themselves nor do the installation as my contract stated they would."

"Was on time first day, cut wall approximately 6 inches above floor, jackhammered out concrete and removed sand. Left a littleeearly. Next day was a little late, continued jack hammering (had a spot that was abnormally thick concrete). Drilled weepholes, laid pea stone and pipe, installed crock with sump pump, and drainage from crock. Cemented "ditch" that was made. They took care to leave my place clean. Did extra work without extra cost. Personable and fiendly, though slightly unprofessional (in paperwork), guess a better way would be to say informal. . I enjoyed them, and was satisfied with the work ethic, and work done.
