"I called Mr. Dunn because my refrigerator had stopped working. He was able to schedule an appointment for that same afternoon. Mr. Dunn called when he was on his way to verify I was at home and still needed his services. Once he got here, he was able to diagnosis the problem almost immediately. The drain used for defrosting was stopped up. He quoted what it would cost to fix the problem and once I agreed he began the repair.  He took it apart and unclogged it, put it back together and it is now working just fine.
