"This guy is a real pro! The original installer came out and gave up on the problem, and I never heard from them again. Duke came out, and diagnosed the issue in an hour. He even submitted the request for a part under warranty, received it, and came back to install it 2 days later. The cost was very reasonable. Thanks Duke!"

"Perfect Star is a top notch company with top notch personnel. I had my home HVAC system completely replaced and, from start to finish, Perfect Star provided outstanding service. The sales rep, Enrique, took the time to understand my current issues and concerns and offered viable solutions. The Perfect Star Install Manager, David, also inspected our system to confirm the right solution would be in place even prior to ever signing a contract. The Installation Team of Austin, Emanuel and Ray provided a through and professional installation. David, the Install Manager, was once again also on the scene to lend his expertise to the installation. I strongly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs. Perfect Star is honest, professional, offers competitive pricing and are the best experts in their field."

"I had to have my 34 year old gas air conditioner replaced. I was very happy with the service I received . It was installed a few days later. I was very happy with the whole process. From Sam coming out to the installation. The guys were so nice and polite and professional. They cleaned everything up afterwards and Jesus was very patient with me setting it up and showing me how to use it. I am very happy with the whole experience. I would highly recommend them"

"The cost to replace three natural gas wall heater was slightly less than Gree mini-splits heater cooler. The installers were courteous and professional. Delayed several days as the equipment haven’t arrived yet. Job cost as agreed, but took half day longer due to the complexity of installation. Results are excellent. The mini-split units works as specified. Will use Albert Nahman heating plumbing again in the future."

"Very good. Price was low, product fit my needs. Installation crew where good and professional. Salvatore was excellent."

"I had been using another company and bought an A/C system from them and there were problems. Josh explained the previous company did not install it correctly. He identified and corrected the problems with the previous A/C installation and installed a new A/C system and gas furnace as well. He was very professional, easy to trust, and he did everything he said he was going to do and was on time. The price was reasonable and he is honest and has integrity!"

"We had a truly pro crew come to install our heat pump. Morjen, Ben and the others were careful, exacting, and conscientious about a complex installation inside and underneath an old house."
