Once he got here, it was all business. After a few minutes, he told me what the problems were, what needed to be replaced, and a cost estimate. He also recommended a garage door opener replacement since ours was acting up, having electrical problems. I elected to go ahead with the garage door repairs, but I'll replace the opener myself, saving about $100 on the opener and the $150 installation fee.
