"I paid this company $600 to test the air in my detached garage. The results showed Cladosporium, which many professionals told me is extremely common. What happened next was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve ever had with a home-service company. They sent me a remediation proposal for over $45,000, and in my personal opinion the scope, tone, and sheer intensity of the warnings felt completely disproportionate to the situation. The estimate was filled with pages of dramatic health claims that, to me, came across as fear tactics rather than professional guidance. When I asked questions, the owner was extremely rude and dismissive on the phone. The whole thing felt pushy and uncomfortable. After leaving an honest review, things escalated in a way that shocked me. The owner contacted me and offered a refund only if I signed a notarized disclaimer that he drafted. I personally found that very unusual, and I chose not to sign anything. What concerned me even more was what happened next: after I declined to sign the document, a negative review suddenly appeared online about my wife’s business — at our home address — claiming she had done work for him and stolen $600 from him. In my experience, this was completely untrue. My wife has never worked for him in any capacity. In my personal opinion, it felt retaliatory and deeply unprofessional. I ended up getting several second opinions from other mold professionals, all of whom felt the quote I received was excessive for what was found. Based on my experience with the customer service, the tone of the estimate, and the way things unfolded afterward, I would strongly recommend that other homeowners get multiple quotes before agreeing to anything. In my personal view, the way this situation was handled was alarming, unprofessional, and not in the best interest of the customer."

"I had a poor experience. I hired this company to do a mold assessment in my apartment. I dealt with the owner. First, he requested cash or check payment only. He made an appointment and did not show up or contact me. I had to call him. In one of the rooms, the pipes above and whatever else the cause of the leak was, had been leaking repeatedly for 40 years, and the plaster constantly replaced. I was worried about mold ABOVE the ceiling on the beams and studs and not just the visible mold on the ceiling plaster and I worried it could be black mold. He did not seem to listen to what I told him and he did not use a water meter to check for saturation or a borescope or any other tools except taking a surface sample and air sample (the borescope and water meter I did not know about until after I had paid him for this inadequate job). He did not mention anything I said in the report. He was also rude and unkind and never provided me with a receipt."

"Dominick was great! We hired Dom for a buyer's home inspection. Called back the same day within hours. Polite on the phone and patient. He was very thorough and spent about 2.5 hours inspecting a 2800 sq ft house. He was testing the radiator in the middle of summer. He was up and down the ladder going up to the roof. Very knowledgeable, knows the codes, and produced very detailed inspection report accompanied with pictures. In addition to identifying a potential issue, his report also explains the both the cause and potential solutions. We will certain hang on to the report for future reference to keep up the maintenance. Dom spent an hour on the phone afterwards to answer our questions after reviewing the inspection report, he also anticipated some of our questions therefore was a great resource in estimating the cost to address the issues. Again, very patient and did not rush us off the phone and this is after he was already paid. "Chuck and Noah, are amazing to work with. They communicate extremely well and are honest. They did a home inspection Saturday morning for me. Thankfully I asked them to do a full septic inspection, not just a dye test. They found the septic system, needing major work. To the point, my bank won't approve the loan. the house failed before they even got inside it. When trying to explain to the home own, (who is also the listing agent) what was wrong, and why it needed to be fixed. All this lady did was rudely speaking over him, to the point she was mad at him for finding it. She would ask why it failed and as soon as chuck would begin to explain, she would start yelling over him, how it was fine. She must of ask half a dozen times for him to explain, for her to start arguing as soon as he spoke. I don't know how Chuck was able to be so calm and professional.
