He was very responsive, asked really good questions to understand what needed to be done, determined he did not need to replace the entire door frame, and he gave me a fair estimate. He was able to come to my home within the week. He completed the job, charged the estimate, and cleaned up so we never could tell he was here. The door frame looks better than it did before it was damaged! Mark is a true professional, very courteous, and knows his work. I recommend Mark and I will call him again."

"If there were a higher rating than excellent I would use it for all categories. Emailed late in the fall season to request a quote. Owner immediately replied to schedule appointment. Estimate was detailed including anticipated exterior repairs needed. Upon hire, full crew began and continued on job daily until completion. We were working out of town so owner communicated regularly with updates. Job quality was tremendous. Hope to hire again soon for interior."

"This company is extremely responsive and appears to care greatly about the job being done.
They really try to give the customer exactly what the customer wants.
I was out of town for most of the entire job; they took charge and made it happen.
They replaced the counter tops with granite and the backsplash and sink. and also performed some minor repairs to a cabinet.
I would have appreciated not having an extra join in the granite; and have now found that the nails used are breaking the wooden shelves underneath the counter.  I would have also appreciated it if the plumber did a better job with the disposal; first it was installed on the left sink versus the right and then, thanks to the positioning of the disposal tubes by them, it cost me an extra $200 to get the dishwasher examined for the grit that was remaining after the wash....only to be told that it was the positioning of the disposal tubes that caused the problem.

"The weather held them up for awhile but once we got good days back they went like crazy and did the job very quickly. The additional work with the added wood was more than I would have wanted but Vic worked with me on it and helped me out with it..  Vic was very understanding and very accomidating. His crew was friendly and professional. They did extras for me without me even asking.which was a pleasant surprise. Always going above and beyond. They cleaned up after themselves and would not be off the job unless I was completely satisfied.. Which I was. Vic offered to come back if I noticed later that something might have got missed or whatever and correct any of it. I would use them again and would recommend them as well. Thank you."

"I had RNL remove kitchen cabinets, and install new ones. When the old cabinets were taking out they discovered a leak years ago that was fixed by someone else but not correctly and had created a lot of mold and mildew. Tom and his crew being the professionals that they are, made sure all mold was removed, and everything was done correctly and safely. The part I liked was them explaining how they were taking steps to insure I didn't have this problem again. How reassuring that I can breathe easy knowing the work was done right. I couldn't ask for more from any company then the honesty and quality work that I received. I do wish more companies cared this much about their customers and doing a job right."
