"We actually got an estimate for the bathroom about 9 months before going ahead with the work.  When Tom came to look at the bathroom again, he stuck to his original estimate.  We added some other jobs that needed to be done, and they charged a fair price for all the extras, with no surprises.  They were courteous and professional, arrived on time and did a great job.  The bathroom is beautiful!  We're waiting for new kitchen cabinets to be delivered, and they will install those as well.  We would recommend All Phases without hesitation.

I went from having cold pipes/radiators, banging pipes/radiators, gurgling, half hot/half cold pipes, to a warm, cozy, and comfortable home. "The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
