I went from having cold pipes/radiators, banging pipes/radiators, gurgling radiators, and half hot/half cold pipes, to a warm, cozy, comfortable, and quiet home. Candan listened, laughed and joked with me, making me feel relaxed with him being in my home. He then quickly went about his business, assessing, diagnosing, and eventually fixing my heating issues, as well as the banging, and gurgling within my radiators and pipes. "On a Saturday afternoon I noticed my water heater leaking. I realized it wasn't going to last much longer. I sent out a message to Angi's list and within minutes had a response from Brian. I sent him pictures and just as I thought I needed a new one. He gave me a price with a new heater and installation. He told me that I could go buy one and he would install it to save some money. I estimated what it would cost if I bought it from a home improvement store, paid for delivery and the installation and decided to have Brian do what he does best at a fair price. He even threw in a military discount for me. He was at my home within three hours, drained and removed the old one and installed the new one. Outstanding service, they even cleaned up the mess from the leak of the old one. Very courteous, thorough and overall such a nice young man."

Friendly and very hardworking, they were happy to answer any questions and kept us informed of the work being done with explanations on how it was being done. Our home is built on an uneven concrete slab and in terrible condition where we could not lay flooring without the issue being fixed. Well Gennaro and his team fixed the issue, levelled our floor and laid approximately 400sq ft of tile. My explanation doesn't go anywhere near to say how much work this actually was but they handled it very quickly.
