"They are able to service my pool and fix any problems with my pool. I am very happy with their service."

"They started servicing the pool on August 1st, 2026 and immediately people started noticing the pool and deck area were much cleaner. Job well done. There are lots of comments on our Facebook page about how much nicer and cleaner the pool is."

"Would definitely recommend. He came the same day I called. While other companies said it would be atleast 48 hours before they could respond. He identified the problem and fixed the $45 problem instead of the $800 problem that I thought it was. He even had the replacement part with him. Now, 4 days later, everything is still working perfectly. The repair was completed faster than I expected, and at a lower cost. I will soon be in need of a liner replacement, and I know who I'm calling."

"They are very courteous. From start to finish they installed it in a timely manner. We love our pool."

"Great job of keeping our pool crystal clear and very clean - we never have to worry about our pool!"

"Very professional and very nice. Fixed pool problems quickly, (pool did not hold water) and for a reasonable price. problems included skimmer, leaking plumbing lines from pump, and building new platform so pump sits level now."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
