"Western Rooter to the rescue again! I had a small underground leak which appeared to be due to a bad sprinkler valve. A sprinkler repair company determined that it was not a bad sprinkler valve and thought it was due to a leak in the main water line. Daniel and Alex dug down to find that the leak was coming from a very old (at least 36 years) broken pvc line. After much testing and head scratching to try to figure out where the water was coming from, they decided to "chase the pipe." After much digging, they found that the very old broken pvc pipe was hooked up to a sprinkler valve that was buried 18 inches underground that had not been capped--only turned off. Roots from a nearby tree had opened the valve which caused the leak--crazy! The current sprinkler system has been the same one since we moved into the house in 1988. It took 36 years for the underground leak to occur!"

"Archie, Allen, and Chad were all great.  On the first visit, Allen came to replace our 1-piece Costco toilet that would not stop running.  Archie was also here (on the dot at 10 a.m.) for our appt to provide estimate for upgrading our HVAC and water heater.  Archie was very patient and gave us a lot of details on how the job would go, including where they would put the new furnace in our attic crawl space.  He was here for over an hour explaining everything and even gave us a referral to a landscaping contractor at our request.  He even helped Allen load the old toilet onto our car for return back to Costco because I'm too small to lift it and my husband can't lift by himself.  They didn't have to help us load the toilet, but went out of their way to do it.  Above & beyond service. Chad was equally friendly and professional on the second visit (he had to come back as we encountered some leakage with shut off valve and at the pipe connection).  He was in and out in 30 mins and even explained all the different toilet parts to me so I would know what to make of all the toilet sounds next time around (running, squeaking, etc.).  No plumber has ever taken the time to explain an installed part to us before, and it'll help us determine which part is broken (if it does!) the next time.  These guys are truly professionals.  We're keeping their contacts close so we can call them for all our future plumbing issues.

"Robert went above and beyond installing our water heater. Robert tied the cooper cold and hot water pipes to a 2 x 4 so they won't rattle and when water begins to flow. He put installation around the hot water pipe which will make it more efficient in the winter. Robert also took the time to explain the various features of the Bradford White Water Heater. Overall, Robert takes his time to make sure that the install is done all up to code."
