"Western Rooter to the rescue again! I had a small underground leak which appeared to be due to a bad sprinkler valve. A sprinkler repair company determined that it was not a bad sprinkler valve and thought it was due to a leak in the main water line. Daniel and Alex dug down to find that the leak was coming from a very old (at least 36 years) broken pvc line. After much testing and head scratching to try to figure out where the water was coming from, they decided to "chase the pipe." After much digging, they found that the very old broken pvc pipe was hooked up to a sprinkler valve that was buried 18 inches underground that had not been capped--only turned off. Roots from a nearby tree had opened the valve which caused the leak--crazy! The current sprinkler system has been the same one since we moved into the house in 1988. It took 36 years for the underground leak to occur!"

"Gus at Pro Bright went above and beyond on a Sunday to detect and repair our master bedroom ceiling leak. With water to the house turned off at the street we were desperate to find a contractor who could respond right away. Other contractors offered appointments Monday or Tuesday. Gus responded that he could be here in 2 hours to repair the leaking pipe, but could have Jeff, his water mitigation project manager here within 30 minutes to assess the water damage. These guys were both so professional. They shared the process, timeline and costs, and were prepared to start right away. They promptly moved my disabled husband and his adjustable bed to another room away from the work area assuring his comfort and safety. Gus repaired the overhead leak and turned the water back on. "I had a break in my water main, leaking about a half-gallon per minute (720 gallons/day). By the time the water company inspector left, it was almost noon and I still had to find a plumber. Do It Right Plumbers scheduled me for immediate service, and Dakota was at my home that same afternoon. He restored the water service to my home, while bypassing the water main. This stopped the leak and allowed me and my family to go on with our day as if there was no water main problem. He explained my options and gave me exact prices. A lot of digging was needed, there were complications, and extra labor and hours were needed because the burst pipe was underneath the sidewalk. All of the dirt was shoveled on to protective tarps. When the water needed to be shut off, the down times were really brief. When everything was done, Dakota had not only replaced the water main, but also the water pressure regulator, the hose faucet, and all of the connections and valves. Then he replaced all of the dirt, re-planted the shrubs that had been removed during the job, and left the area looking as if nothing had happened. "Wesley was extremely responsive. He made all efforts allowing us to continue doing our business at home while he was assessing the problem, assembling his crews, and obtaining a City permit. We were well informed of the progress. His crew did an excellent and clean job, working long hours getting the job done. Including excavated to a depth of 10 feet, patched up our concrete driveway and patched up the AC roadway nicely. Wesley even found time to replace our kitchen faucet and under drain without extra charge. Don’t believe he would be the cheapest initial estimate you would get. "Great service and work from Miguel and team. I would hire them again. What originally was a slow draining sewer line turned into a root infested backup. Miguel was able to scope the drain and visualize the root of the problem. They were prepared to start digging and had the tools and supplies on the truck to get the job completed. He clearly explained the discovery, repair, and installation process as well as potential other root intrusion spots. "As expected, I got bombarded with several texts/calls/Angi messages as soon as I requested a Water Heater replacement. I waited for a human to leave a message instead of automated systems, which was Paul at Complete Plumbing located in Claremont. Same day replacement, haul away, and install of a 40 Gal. Bradford White was $1595 (2 year labor water, 6 year manufacturer warranty). Michael did the installation and had a delay from the first job, but Paul kept updating status and the install time wasn't much later than the original estimate. Michael answered all my questions and concerns."
