We were very pleased with the work and he gave us the most competitive estimate - and then stuck to that estimate! We had the unfortunate luck that a large tree fell in our barn soon after completion. What re the chances!? We again hired Ron - this time to clear the tree and repair the (now severely damaged) pole barn. Trust him entirely! His work is great and he is easy to communicate with."

"Everything went great! The project took about 2 weeks. The old tar/gravel roof was removed and a new metal roof was installed on 3/4 of the house. The other 1/4 required TPO since it was a completely flat area. A lot of the old wood had to be replaced due to the age and termite activity. Flashing up around the chimney is holding up great and a part of my old rainwater collection gutter system was even reinstalled on the new roof. The fascia and soffit looks great too. We've been through 5-6 rain storms already and there has been no leaks. The wood around the garage was replaced and then the whole thing was wrapped in vinyl for a clean look. Two end features on the peak of the house were wrapped as well and it made the house look very clean and neat. As for cleanup, for the most part all went well. As can be expected, a few old roofing nails were found, but not that many. A few short pieces of metal roofing and a few leftover panels were left behind as well as a bag of screws. (We made a shed with them) Overall we were very satisfied. Other roofing companies we called were quoting us $18-20K without the addition of the extra wood and the cost of the fascia/soffit or the garage repair."

"Our toilet seat snapped off and needed to be replaced.  We thought this might be something we could do ourselves (we do not consider ourselves to be 'handy'), but to be prepared, we researched a few contractors. We sent a message through Angie's List asking if they could install a toilet seat (soft close seat for a Toto Dual Flush toilet).  We received a quick response from Frank Pellerito asking us to provide details in order for them to send us a price quote.  We appreciate the promptness. However, after contacting Toto online, we received the information we needed to tackle the job ourselves.

"Tim was very responsive from day one.  The job was on a cabin about 3 hours from where I live and he updated me regularly on the progress of the work. "I am requesting a partial refund of $49 on this service. The total paid to Angies and directly to the provider was $149. Three areas were to be worked on: A) all driveway, walkway, door slabs and included mailbox. B) small screened enclosure (no pool) referred to as "lanai", and C) front breezeway. I am satisfied with driveway and walkway, but there was damage that I should have been warned about. I am NOT satisfied with lanai and breezeway. Besides damage, directions were not followed as discussed. Very disappointed."
