"I have used this company a few times and they've done such a great job I referred them to my sister and a few friends. I called them on a Sun because my door wouldn't go down, even after pulling on release string. And I was desperate because I had to get back to the hospital to be with my sister in critical care. When I called Steve he told me he had 2 employees out sick and was very backed up, otherwise he would come to my house. Any other company would have just hung up at that point, which was reasonable and is what I expected. But Steve stay on the line with me at least 30 min walking me thru several options, until he figured out a trick to get the door down. Thanks to him, I didn't have to be nervous sleeping with my garage door open, after coming home late and exhausted from the hospital! I knew from experience Steve was knowledgeable, efficient and professional and now I know he is an exceptional kind and compassionate man. Why hire any other company but this one!!
