However, the sales pitch that came next was with fear tactic-copper pipes are only good for 20-25 years, given an article claiming such, my house is over 30 years old. Residue from the sanded pipe was shown and told that it was where the pipe was rusting and that if a pinhole happened my whole house could be flooded and I would have to be out of the house for several days with the tile and floors having to be drilled through.It would be better to have the epex (sp) run through the attic. Pressure was added that if I waited to decide the y would not be able to add the work from the first day to the additional relaying of new pipes. People who take advantage of people to sell a product is not a very good business."

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
