"My husband and I are having our home built for our property and need a Septic Tank installed. This will be our first experience with such a system as we have always lived within city limits that provided City Sewer Service. I found Jerry Thigpen Septic Tank Svc in an online search. I called and left a message on the answering machine at noon and received a call back within 35 minutes. Spoke to Mr and Mrs Thigpen, they both were very professional and pleasant to speak to. "Called about leak Sunday morning. Plumber came out Monday, determined it needed replacement and notified Choice, who approved claim and permitted plumber to order new water heater. Thursday new water heater was installed. Was kept updated every day by both Choice and the plumber. Workers left my garage clean and I have hot water. Very satisfied and have recommended Choice Home Warranty on the Nextdoor app."
