He unplugged the dryer, plugged it back in, found out it was in fact heating, and then checked out the entire system entirely and carefully, making sure to recheck everything twice. "They called the wrong number, and I ended up waiting over three hours for them. The repair for the big deal, they came, and did a good job. It ended up being an expensive repair but, that wasn't their fault. They had some issues with communication with their office people and the people that they dispatch. The repairmen are professional and do a good job once they got here. They found out what was wrong, got the part, and came back. I talked to one person, they talked to another person, and said they would call back in half an hour. An hour later a different person called. That's where I think they have a problem. They gave me a three hour window and got here at the three hour 45 minute mark. I wouldn't use them again because, after the big deal, I tried to use them again, and the communication was so bad. I waited three and a half hours, I called them, they said I wasn't there, and they left. I said, I've been here the whole time."
