"Cutting Edge was hired by our contractor to build custom cabinets for our kitchen remodel. The quality of the cabinets is excellent and a very professional job of hanging the cabinets by Viktor. Sadly, i cannot say the same for the installation of the hardware and final positioning of the cabinet door. Basically, it will need to be done again. There are huge gaps between the door, little effort to clean up , and the employee ruined a series of plants in our driveways."

"Jeff did not communicate well with us.  First he told us that he would be out Monday or Tuesday, if it wasn't raining.  It wasn't either day and he didn't show up or call. <br /> I contacted him and reminded him that it wasn't raining on Tuesday night.  He seemed offended and said that he had already told us he had another job to finish and that he had just finished it Tuesday.  (News to us.) He told us that "it is vital that I pour the cement for the posts when it's not raining" and that he would be out today, "weather permitting". Today he came out to start the job at 9 am and we were not here due to the fact that it was raining!  He was going to start pouring cement in the rain? <br /> He did not call and let us know that the weather was okay for pouring cement, because I would have been home in a flash (business is just 7 minutes away) to let him in to connect to the power.  He just left and then sent me a message on Angie's List tonight acting as though we were at fault. <br /> Jeff is a busy guy and I am sure he does good work, but he is a terrible communicator and will blame the customer for his lack of communication.  I will not be contacting him again.  I would not refer him because I wouldn't want anyone else to wait 2 weeks for nothing. <br />"
