A week went by no estimate, no communication so I called him only for him to say he would get it to me that evening. I wait another 3 days and still no estimate. If this is how he communicates for just an estimate I can imagine how he would be on the job. A professional courtesy would've been just to say I cannot give you an estimate or am not willing to do the job either way I wouldve respected that instead of lying or stringing a potential customer along. A few days letter, the 2 man install crew arrived and promptly went to work. They finished quickly and left no mess behind. I called Tony to settle my account ($39) and he told me to be sure and check the gutters for leaks or other issues.
