Dave was in constant communication with us about everything from acquiring materials to what would be done on any given day. In the past we’ve been very disappointed with the lack of communication from other contractors, but with Dave we felt informed and updated at all times. Whenever I reached out with a question he was quick to get back to me, even on a weekend. His carpenters, Joe and Matt are seriously talented dudes and did an incredible job building our deck. They kept a very clean worksite and tidied up at the end of everyday. When the time comes for our next home improvement project, I won’t be getting a second estimate/opinion, I’ll be calling Dave to do the work without a doubt."

"Above and Beyond Contracting and Bud Moore did truly excellent work. We had to completely redo our entire master bathroom. Bud took the time to walk us through what needed to be done; provided us a fair quote for the work; and then did excellent and beautiful work on the bathroom. We also had him build and install a bench in the bay window of our kitchen which came out perfectly. Bud is great to work. He also is patient answering all our questions and will respond day or night."

"This is the third time I have used Champion for a major job, and I couldn’t be happier. We had water penetrating from the wall and floor of our garage, and finally decided that it was coming up through the concrete. The garage floor was 80 years old and only an inch thick. I worked with Danny on a scope that addressed the garage floor, the rear concrete deck, the sidewalk, and also provided painting and finishing in the garage. He was very patient while working out the scope and cut back or found much cheaper solutions for parts of the job. As usual, during the work Danny called me every day (how often can you say that about a contractor) to let me know the status or check on decisions. He recommended a more durable screen door replacement and he also replaced an existing light fixture at no charge. We identified some additional drainage problems that contributed to the leakage, and quickly agreed to an expanded scope to cover drain repairs at a reasonable price. His crew were extremely considerate, timely, reliable and knowledgeable. All of his recommendations were solid, and he worked hard to accommodate our budget. Where he couldn’t, he was absolutely correct in recommending a slightly more expensive solution to address unexpected conditions. Today we have a watertight garage (which I thought would never be possible) that is clean, painted and useful. We were able to park our car in it, avoiding a major snowstorm, for the first time in ten years. Heavy rainstorms have not produced water inside. Danny is trustworthy and reliable and we are pleased with the work of each member of his team."

"Edgar was sent to me from above, he is a blessing. Ive have a few contractor hell stories. Edgar does NOT fall into that category. He is professional, kind, courteous, and transparent. He completed my bedroom/closet floors that were damaged from a water leak. The floor is the only item that was covered under my insurance since it is the only thing I improved because I live in a townhome/condo community. Great workmanship and cleaned up!! He is working with me in phases and is very understanding. I would recommend him and I plan on using him again to tackle the rest of my repairs from leak. In addition i will use him with some of my other home to-do-list items!!! Reasonable/fair pricing!!!!"
