"Great work. Super responsive. Helped me out of a big jam with my water heater on a Sunday when no one else would come until Monday. Professional. Honest. Really solid. Hire Vincent!"

"Chris and his co-worker were very good. My hot water heater was in a very tight space. With that being said they did a nice job on the sodering. Chris replaced a valve he didn’t like. They did a great job cleaning up. Once installed and powered up they waited outside for 30 minutes to make sure the water got hot."

"I was on the fence in replacing my water heater. I decided to get some quotes from plumbers. I came across Reliable Plumbing. I read their customer reviews, which were highly favorable. Then I spoke to Jerry. Which was like talking to an old friend. Jerry's honesty and professionalism won me over. Paul the plumber came 2 days later, did a great job. Paul was professional. Pollite and explained everything to me. I was extremely happy with the price, the service and the honesty. I will be using Reliable Plumbing going forward"

"I was hesitant to call this company because I didn't have a great experience a very long time ago, but today was a stark contrast to my prior experience. They offered a hot water heater inspection and flush for $59+tax. The scheduling over the phone was convenient and flexible and employees very accommodating and understanding. There were several reminders over the phone and via text. The best part was the technician Henry. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained step-by-step what he was doing and why he was doing it. He didn't recommend anything unnecessary, but inspected our hot water heater, flushed it, and showed how the expansion tank needs to be replaced. He gave us a quote and we plan on having it done in the near future. I typically don't write reviews and when I do it's when something wasn't right. I would highly recommend Henry from NH Ross and plan on requesting him in the future!!!"

"Kevin was great! The rest of the company not so much. Kevin diagnosed the problem immediately as the thermostat, had a replacement in the truck, and completed the installation of the new unit quickly. He showed me how to program the updated version, and everything seemed to be fine - until the next morning. Turned out the replacement was defective. When I called, I was told that they might not be able to get back to me that day, but Kevin interrupted his schedule to come back and put in a new (and working) unit at no charge."

"Eric and crew did a professional job replacing the hot water heater. I would definitely recommend them!"

"Had an excellent experience. He replaced my boiler and water heater and did a flawless job from start to finish. Super professional, showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and the work was clean and efficient. The new system runs perfectly, and the installation looks great. Pricing was fair and there were no surprises. It’s hard to find tradespeople this reliable—highly recommend and would 100% use him again."

"Jim was amazing... he got back to me right away ... He came and installed a new hot water heater the next day. Came in cheaper than a lot of local people and did a great job"

"From the moment Ryan came through the door We felt that we were in good hands!! From Ryan, Vedil and Mike they did a great job installing our new hot water heater!! No issues at all !! I highly recommend these pros to anyone and will use them again !! Thanks guys !!"

"Billy and his crew were an absolutely pleasure to work with. They exceeded my expectation to replace my boiler and hot water heater along with associated piping in record time working in concert with the GC to complete all work in 3 days. The finished work was neat and clean correcting errors with my original installation. All debris was removed each day. He ensured I was satisfied, kept me informed of the progress and what to expect. Upon leaving he made recommendations to have all my air valves replaced in my radiators and encouraged me to call with any questions. I appreciate the care he and his crew took with my home."
