"I had a poor experience. I hired this company to do a mold assessment in my apartment. I dealt with the owner. First, he requested cash or check payment only. He made an appointment and did not show up or contact me. I had to call him. In one of the rooms, the pipes above and whatever else the cause of the leak was, had been leaking repeatedly for 40 years, and the plaster constantly replaced. I was worried about mold ABOVE the ceiling on the beams and studs and not just the visible mold on the ceiling plaster and I worried it could be black mold. He did not seem to listen to what I told him and he did not use a water meter to check for saturation or a borescope or any other tools except taking a surface sample and air sample (the borescope and water meter I did not know about until after I had paid him for this inadequate job). He did not mention anything I said in the report. He was also rude and unkind and never provided me with a receipt."

He guided us from design and engineering and applications, researching materials and finding subcontractors ,through construction. He solved problems as they arose. He kept work moving despite covid, snowstorms and holidays! Recommend highly!"

"Charlie and Keenan arrived in the terrible heat and humidity to clean 2 wingback chairs and a recliner, as well as cleaning the kitchen floor, which is laminate. The two armchairs were on the top floor of the house and their equipment easily went up the staircase. They told me that they might not get the deep stains out on one of the armchairs, but I'm reupholstering them at some point. I just wanted them to be cleaned enough and deodorised. They were from an old house. Charlie checked the kitchen floor and after a coupler of questions he determined that there is a stickiness to the floor surface and he was concerned that their cleaning supplies might do further damage. Such honesty is incredibly rare this days. Keenan and Charlie were so thorough, quick, and well-mannered. They took great care of the house. Such terrific gentlemen!! Price was very reasonable too."
