"My compliments to Loren Robinson and the team at Miracle Method. There was no upsell, and they even acknowledged my military service with a 10 percent veteran discount. Loren explained how the repair and reglazing of my sink would proceed and there were no surprises. The technician that did the repair was professional, courteous, and ensured the entire work area was cleaned up. I am 100 percent satisfied with the repair of my sink and highly recommend Miracle Method of Seattle for any sink or tub repairs. "

"They showed up on time. Dakota, the son, worked on the tub and the kitchen sink and did an excellent job. John worked on the shower stall. He had to come back a second time as the grout remained a dark dirty color. It is still a little splotchy but we will keep it as it is."

"The tile in a new shower had not been sealed and a plug had inadvertantly been left in the drain. When we tried to use the shower for the first time, the pan filled with water and, because it was half a day before the plumber returned to remove the plug, the light-colored grout became permanently water-soaked and discolored.
John and Ben removed the stained grout, replaced it, dried the entire installation over several days and then sealed it all and caulked the corner seams.
"

"Steve, the owner of Artisan Marble Restoration, was a true pleasure to work with, from start to finish. The quality of his work was superlative. Steve is extremely knowledgeable and a perfectionist in the best way possible. He demonstrated a very strong work ethic and was exceptionally conscientious to ensure an outcome consistent with his high standards. His dedication and commitment to my project, and his un-willingness to give up when the project posed unanticipated challenges, was honorable. Steve went above and beyond the scope of the project to ensure I was happy. Steve was very kind, personable and professional, and just an all-around good person.
Details of my project:
The travertine tile in my shower was completely ruined when it was cleaned with highly abrasive cleanser and heavy duty scouring pads. What was once beautiful travertine in a rich taupe color with a slightly glossy finish became stone which was stripped, lifeless, raw, rough to the touch, porous and almost devoid of color. It was in such bad shape, I was sure it was ruined beyond repair. I called around to several specialty stone providers and contractors, and they all highly recommended Steve, telling me that if anyone could fix it, it would be Steve. They were right.
I called Artisan Marble Restoration and left a message which Steve returned later that same day. Steve was very nice, articulate and knowledgeable on the phone and explained what had probably caused the damage to my stone. He was accommodating to my sense of urgency and came out the next day to look at it.
Steve diagnosed the damage which was complete etching of the stone deep down several layers, and gave me the good news that he could restore it to its original state. He explained the restoration process in detail. Prior to talking with Steve, I was skeptical that it could be completely restored, especially the bleached out color due to the extent of the damage, but immediately trusted Steve's expertise and honesty. Steve spent several days painstakingly refurbishing the stone using the best products available to ensure optimal results and longevity. To my amazement, he was able to restore the stone and the color completely back to its original beauty! In fact, thanks to his hard work and diligence, the stone is more beautiful and stronger than it originally was.
As part of the job, Steve said he would touch up my grout as well. Being the conscientious person that he is, Steve ended up re-grouting the entire shower. While doing so, he noticed that the grout on the floor was failing and had disintegrated all the way down to the water pan underneath (faulty builder install). He took to the task of treating this issue as well, but ran into some unexpected problems with the drainage which could jeopardize the integrity of the grout. He came out numerous additional times to address it, and even consulted a shower pan installer expert so he could diagnose the underlying problem with certainty. Steve went above and beyond the scope of my original job to address this unforeseen problem (and did not charge me extra), and refused to give up until it was fixed. (He also took it upon himself to fix a couple of additional spots on my bathroom floor that had been damaged, again no extra charge.) I felt bad that he had to spend so much unanticipated extra time on the grout, but it was he who was concerned about inconveniencing me.

I was extremely pleased with the quality of Steve's restoration and the level of conscientiousness and expertise he showed throughout the project. On a personal level, he was a pleasure to work with and very easy to have around. As an added bonus, Steve is a big Seahawks fan. (!) I would recommend Steve without reservation and with enthusiasm."

"It was great. I don't know about punctuality and professionalism because I wasn't home at the time of service. I will possibly be less likely to use them in the future, the carpets didn't get as clean as I was hoping. I don't know how many people came to complete the service. They left the area clean. They were great about scheduling and I think the price was a good value. They could maybe do a little more spot cleaning."

"This was a complete kitchen/dining room remodel where walls were removed, the original floors were torn up and the area was gutted and rebuilt.
Oleg was responsive, professional and took great pains to install this floor perfectly. We had to wait for other contractors to complete their jobs before Oleg could move on to his next process. In some cases, the other contractors were not nearly as prompt or reliable as Oleg, so when they told me they would be done in two or three weeks, in fact it took more like six or eight weeks. Oleg was right there when I called him to tell him we were finally ready for his next step. Although he never made mention of a and quot;dustlessand quot; process (as others had made a big deal about), he is as dustless as you could possibly be utilizing multiple vacuum systems with his sanding/finishing process.
He is a hard worker who knows his craft, performs professionally and is polite and easy to deal with.
"

"We recently replaced the counters in our kitchen with "absolute black" granite. Our original contractor did a terrible job, leaving our counters wth unfinished edges showing prominent saw marks, and marring the surface when he tried to grind out a blemish of some sort.
Chas Anderton came out to assess our situation and give an estimate for what they might do to improve the situation. He was confident the counter edges could be polished, and that he could at least improve the situation on the main surface. The price wasn't cheap, but after investing in the counters, we wanted to see them finished properly.
Scheduling was straightforward, and his team arrived right on time. They thoroughly prepped the kitchen to contain dust and protect our cabinetry. They then did a test section of the counter edge so that they could show me how it would look before continuing to do the rest of the edges After that, they used a piece of scrap from the counter install to test their repair of the main surface. That looked good to so they proceeded to polish up the main counter surface. Finally, they sealed and buffed all of our counters leaving everything with a beautiful shine.
I very much appreciated the team's attention to the finest details. Our counters now look the way we had hoped that they would look from the start. Thank you to Chas and his team for a job very well done!
"
