"We were extremely satisfied with the result.  Our floors look completely new.  They did a lot of repairs, replaced broken pieces, filled gaps, sanded old wood thoroughly, added new flooring in the closet, applied 2 coats of stain, 2 coats of Polyurethane.  They worked with my schedule. Father and son work together.  They are reliable and work extremely hard.  I highly recommend them.

"I have wall to wall besides my kitchen and foyer. They were very good. I think their prices are fair, I have never had it done before, but they do it per square foot and I saw where others charge for it and it seems to be the same. They also clean a small rug too and don't charge me for that. I think it is a standard, fair price because it seems to be like what everyone else charges. I have been very happy with them. I may use them again, but I don't know if I would want to do the wet carpet cleaning again because it takes a while to dry. They are really good though, and they did a really good job. It's not because of them, I'm just not sure if I want that type of cleaning done again. If I did, I would use them."

"The owner Bill came out to assess the remediation required after a sewer pipe leak in our basement. He explained what needed to be done and was honest about the fact that a homeowner DIY remediation was within the EPA guidelines for the amount of damage that needed to be fixed. He provided recommendations and didn't charge me a penny. We referred him to some neighbors who also happened to have water damage at the same time, they hired the company and seem satisfied with the result. In the meantime, Bill even came over to help assess my progress on the DIY and provided additional advice while he was working with the neighbors. I'd definitely hire this company if I had another similar situation requiring more in-depth remediation."

"They are a very efficient cleaning company specializing in apartment cleaning and the thing I love the most is they use eco-friendly products thoroughly cleaning with my dog there. The carpet was perfect like brand new. They cleaned my oven until it was sparkling. They are very affordable. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again."

"In terms of the crew.  They arrived promptly, however, they did not speak english.  They spoke spanish and therefore it was a language barrier from the beginning. Before I begin my review, I want to say the manager was very nice and took care of my complaint below and got me a free service (I did tip the second crew well).
 1st service.  I told them that they had 4 hours to clean my home and I wanted one cleaner upstairs and one downstairs.  The one cleaner was very nice and did exactly that, the other asked me questions about my Angie's list coupon and then called her boss, then her boss called me about me.  I explained to him the more and more time she's wasting calling you about my coupon, the longer she will stay.  I told him it was completely unprofessional of her to call the manager about my coupon.  She had a task to do.  Come to my house for the specified time that your manager told you to come and then leave.  Instead, she calling him and complaining to him in my face and on my time.  This was unreal.  Meanwhile the other cleaner was actually upstairs cleaning.  I told Matt the manager that it was absolutely unbelieveable.  So really my complaint is about the service crew attitude, lack of english, and lack of professionalism.  
Also, the clean was very mediocre.  I had to ask them to clean things after they said they were finished.  For example, they didnt dust my ceiling fan, they didnt clean my threshold at my door, just small things that should be wiped down and dusted. 
Like I said, the manager handled the situation and he was very nice but the crew was a completely unprofessional.  I did give a tip to the quiet one who worked and I told her to keep it and not to share it with the other one.  
Not a good experience for sure!

"Galaxy granite installed new ceramic tiles in our basement and upgraded our kitchen counter-top to Granite. We worked directly with the owner. He was very professional and easy to work with.
Will use them to upgrade our bathrooms and living room floor early next year.
