I called Rooter One left my information to be contacted and I received a telephone call from Ms. Paige who was very pleasant and a professional she scheduled me an appointment that was convenient for me. I would like to thank her for her kind attitude. Mr. Peter Santiago the plumbing technician came to my home and he introduced himself to me and he was a professional very polite. Mr. Santiago ask me to explain in more detailed what my family was experienced with the plumbing problems and I informed him that the toilets, tub, and shower water and sewage was coming up through the areas. Mr. Santiago explained to me in detail what may be causing the problems with backup in the toilets, tub, and shower. I was a little frustrated because of the situation at my home he made me feel comfortable and assured me that he will take care of the issues.
