"I had need for a relatively quick turnaround for upgrading of a worn out kitchen.  Called Competitive Painters and Robert Coulter came to discuss options.  I should mention that I had two other companies come to provide estimates.  The owner of one of them, a highly rated Angies List company, spent most of her time telling me that I should talk to a real estate agent about how my kitchen should look.  She had no helpful ideas or suggestions.  In contrast, Mr. Coulter explained several options - including services that his company could not provide.  He pointed me to a reasonably-priced granite counter top provider and Competitive Painters prepared and painted all of the kitchen cabinets.  They worked within my limited time period and coordinated their work with the countertop company.  The work they did was neat and professional.  I was very pleased with the results.

"They started at the scheduled time and proceeded to completion in an efficient and professional manner. Answers and telephone numbers were left for me to call if/should I want to change the configuration of anything done to the walls. More cabinets, hooks, etc. I found them to be an excellent provider. "Jud is the name of the founder of the company and he would be retiring shortly and would be taken over by David. They don’t have any sub-contractors and they have all their own crews for plumbing, tile installation. They gave us one on one advice for selecting tiles for our house. They gave us some ideas and also how to minimize the cost and also gave us idea as to how it would look. They have their own warehouse and showroom where we can see almost everything that they offer and installed. The same folks who are in the showroom are the same people who do installation in my house. Everyday before they left they used to make sure that there was no dust and would clean it up by themselves. They used to treat it as though it was their house. We had some other people who had done the tile installation before and they used to wash their pant in the bathroom sink and we had replaced it earlier but these are amazing and very neat. They are the only people who are suppliers as well as do installation of tiles. I would rate them high overall. They do email and also call up. I would use them again the future."

"Great - The paint crew were very professional and expert in painting the four colors (siding, window trim, shutters, and foundation). As they were doing that work, a second crew of carpenters was building the overhang trellis. The house is beautiful and it was a pleasure to work with Rene, his son Jacob, and the whole crew.

"We used Mega Kitchen and Baths for a gut renovation and remodeling of a home that we recently purchased. Mega did great work from design through construction, installation, and finishing touches. Ibrahim promptly met all of our requests, and their workmanship was excellent. Katherine Bradshaw was an invaluable resource. She helped us select all of the hardware, colors, cabinets, tiles, etc. We decided to go with Mega in large part because of a walk-through of the house with Kat and her drawings for the kitchen. In the end, we were very glad that we chose Mega. Kat was a knowledgeable designer who listened to us and provided great input throughout the process. Both Kat and Ibrahim were always accessible and returned all communications promptly. It was a big job but Ibrahim and his team finished on time (on a tight schedule) and were thorough about taking care of everything on our punch list. We interviewed a number of contractors and Mega provided experience, value, and customer service. In short, we highly recommend the company and will use them again for any future projects."
