"After he left the project. The mini split air conditioner that he selected and installed did not work. Upon further research, it was actually low-rated for energy efficiency. I picked a better minister, and he complained about fixing it and threatened to have me repair it, and it took four months to get it replaced. I had to use a space heater for the four months that I waited for the repair. Even though that new mini split was already delivered. We had many arguments, and he used foul language. It was unpleasant working with him and unprofessional to work with."

Not only are they extremely accommodating but are willing to help and always give his advice as if it were his own house. We did a major home renovation which included replacing all windows, interior trim, added crown molding in all rooms, replaced interior doors, siding, sanded and stained all interior floors, replaced all plumbing and light fixtures, painted whole house as well as the garage and put epoxy on the garage floor etc. the list goes on. Memo also fixed any mishaps other trades did like when the electricians did any damage putting in new high hats or light switches.
