"Daniel came and was able to replace the pipe which was not easy to get to, He had to take apart a ceiling with tongue and groove paneling to get at the pipe. He did an excellent job and in a shorter time than I thought it would take."

I thought it was leaking and had to be replaced, but he pointed out it was the expansion tank partially relieving and he did a maintenance on the heater rather than take an opportunity to install a new tank-about a $6000 job. "Installers arrived on time and everything went smoothly. Had to have them back a couple of times to balance out the rooms. Some were not cooling properly. After the third time they finally got it right. First technician was a younger guy who was not keen on going into the attic since it was hot up there. He didn't know what he was doing. Second guy the same. Third guy was an older tech that I made a comment about it being hot in the attic and his comment was that this was his job no matter the conditions. Very professional. Should have sent him the first time."

My Hot water heater busted on Christmas night and i called advanced professional 26th early morning, tech at my home in no time to provide estimate and work was done within next 4-6 hours. Technician name Abe who came to my house for service is one of the best. Very polite, professional and make sure work is done neat and clean. Only one thing i am not happy is i think it was little pricey but since it was urgent service i can't complain."
