The excavator left large ruts i my lawn that were not repaired. 2) The job required Mr Rooter to dig out and replace the cast iron sewer pipes in my basement. The concrete floor had to be busted out and replaced. The concrete repair job was poor quality. I had to call them back to feather/smooth around the rough edges of the fresh concrete. Overall the floor is still rough."
